Where to send it

One address, three subject lines. Pick whichever is closest - nothing is routed anywhere different, the subject just decides what gets read first.

Something here is wrong

A price that does not match the game, a fixture in the wrong week, a projection that cannot be right. These get looked at first.

Three things that make a report actionable:

  • the page you were on
  • the player or club involved
  • what the site said, and what it should have said

Something is missing

A view, a tool or a number we do not publish yet. Tell us the question you were trying to answer rather than the feature you want - the answer is often a page we already have, and when it is not, the question is the better brief.

Anything else

Questions about how the models work, where the data comes from, or how any of this is put together.

The address

If the buttons above do nothing - no mail client, or a browser that blocks them - it is just this, and you can copy it:

hello@fplist.app

One person reads it, in the evenings, and not every evening. Errors are answered first because they are the ones that make the rest of the site wrong for everybody else. Everything else may take a while, and some of it will only ever get read rather than replied to - which is worth saying plainly rather than promising a response time nobody is on call to meet.

Why there is no form here

A contact form would mean either sending what you type to a third-party form service, or storing it on a server of ours. Our privacy page says there are no third-party scripts and nothing collected about you, and that is enforced by a Content Security Policy that blocks every host except this one. A form would be the first exception to it.

An email address costs nothing, needs no exception, and puts your message somewhere a real conversation can happen instead of a submission queue.
