Terms of use

The deal, in plain words

Read anything, share any link, quote anything with credit. Don't republish the site wholesale, don't pass our work off as yours, and don't bet money on our opinions. That's the whole page; the rest is detail.

What you're welcome to do

What you may not do

The line between quoting and republishing is the ordinary one: taking a number or a paragraph into your own work is quoting; serving our pages as if they were your site is republishing.

Our numbers are opinions

Everything here - verdicts, start probabilities, captain picks, rate-my-team scores - is a modelled opinion about an unpredictable game, published so it can be checked against what actually happened. Theaccuracy page exists because some of these opinions are wrong every single week.

None of it is betting advice, and none of it comes with a warranty. Decisions you make with it - in FPL, in a cash league, at a bookmaker - are yours. The site is provided as-is, and to the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for what you do with it.

Not affiliated with the Premier League

FPList is an independent site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League. Player, club and fixture facts are read from FPL's public API; "Fantasy Premier League" and club names belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the things they name.

Changes, and reaching us

These terms may change as the site does; the current version is always this page, and using the site means the current version applies. Nothing here reduces whatever rights your local law gives you regardless of what a website says.

Questions, permission requests beyond what's granted above, or a copy of this site spotted somewhere it shouldn't be: hello@fplist.app. The privacy policy covers what we collect, which is nothing that identifies you.
